Namibia Residence by Investment enables successful real estate investors to receive a five-year, renewable work permit and reside in the country.   

Requirements of Namibia Residence by Investment

To qualify for residence, applicants are required to purchase real estate with a minimum value of USD 316,000 at President's Links Estate.

Namibia Residence by Investment procedures and time frame

Applications for Namibian residence are completed in line with existing laws and regulations as applied by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security. They can be submitted through an easy online portal and must include completed application forms. Applications should be accompanied by the appropriate fees and supporting documents.

Successful real estate investors receive a five-year, renewable work permit. Investors can only work for their own private companies and cannot be employed in any other jobs in Namibia. After seven years of retaining their investment, they become eligible to apply for permanent residence in the country.

The processing time is three months from submission of the application to approval
